Stale Cakes
Original order was shipped via UPS, who didn’t deliver on a Saturday of a three day weekend. Needless to say, the cakes were pretty stale by the time they were received. Vendor reshipped a new order at no charge, with a carrier who promised two day delivery. Cakes were somewhat better, but recipients reported they were still on the stale side.
