Excellent product!
I was so nervous about ordering this knowing it could melt. It arrived in insulates packaging with an ice pack keeping it cool (a reusable one at that!). The chocolates were in perfect shape and the packaging was beautiful. This was a gift, and the recipient LOVED IT. I would totally order this again.

Godiva Does it Again: Beyond Expectations
When shipping chocolates in the summer to Sun City, Arizona Godiva makes sure you get what you paid for, unmelted chocolate candy. However, this is my last time ordering the chocolate since I can’t be sure it’s coming from Godiva and not from some distributor who doesn’t care if the chocolate gets to you melted or whole. Godiva ships with enough ice, packaging in a styrofoam cooler to ensure the product stays fresh and whole. I’ve read a review from someone who thinks the packaging to keep chocolate from melting is too much. That reviewer probably didn’t get melted chocolates with a no refund policy in play. I love Godiva chocolates but I’ll go to the store or order direct from the store. Godiva cares enough about their product and customer satisfaction to make ship happen to the complete satisfaction of this customer! Thank you Godiva!

Tastes old and cheap
For the price, these are not luxury truffles. I was embarrassed by the cheap quality relative to the price. The box looks nice, but it’s very small. I do not recommend. The truffles are small and pasty.

Perfect gift
Sent it to a friend who needed cheering up and she loved the chocolates and her cat loved the box and the ribbon. Comes in a styrofoam cooler so they made it to Texas in perfect condition!

Perfect for Gifting
These truffles were a Mother’s Day gift that garnered a far more enthusiastic “thank you” than sending flowers have. The recipient raved about the quality of the packaging and how it effective the cold packs were. She noted that the truffles are so rich that one is enough for dessert. There are two each of six flavors, so even sharing with her husband, the special treat lasted 6 days. A bit pricey, but considering they arrived in excellent condition and were appreciated, I would order again.

Excellent delivery
I was pleasantly surprised to see how the chocolate box was delivered. It was in a cooling box with ice to make sure the chocolate doesn’t get melted on its way. That takes care and lot of effort. Since it is meant to be for a gift, I cannot say anything in the taste/flavor.

Not the same candy as in the 80s
Pretty disappointing. Hard shell. Had to look on the box to figure out which ones I was eating, because the flavor is so lacking. Mixed up black forest with lava because they taste the same. No cherry flavor in black forest. Strawberry was another one I couldn’t figure out. Such a waste of money.

Too much money, too few chocolates.
The chocolates were good, as usual. Thirty bucks for twelve SMALL pieces was too much for two little. The pictures, with no weights advertised, were misleading. For thirty dollars through Amazon, I should’ve gotten at least a one pound box, not one half of that. Won’t buy again.

This was great because when I opened it- it was still cold because it was in a styrofoam box and there were 3-4 ice packs with it as well. The packaging looked beautiful. Sadly I did not get to try as it was a gift-but I’m sure the chocolate were great.
