Godiva chocolate is the best
I’ve always loved Godiva chocolate and this box did not disappoint. It may seem a bit pricey, but the amount of delicious chocolate in a beautiful box was a wonderful surprise for a relative who was having a difficult birthday after a tough year. Oh my God, these are so delicious!
I am a long time See’s Candy person. I got a box of these though, and honestly, I thought they were better than See’s. Heresy, I know!! With See’s I always end up eating two or three pieces at a time. With these Godiva chocolates I just ate one at a time. Each piece was a complete flavor symphony that left me completely satisfied, and well, in love with Godiva chocolates. Definitely the best chocolate I have ever had.

Well-packaged treat
I was a little hesitant to order after reading some of the reviews. I decided to order anyway and I am happy that I did! I ordered 4 boxes for Teacher Appreciation Day. They all arrived in a well insulated box with cold packs. The box was still cool when it was opened. I have not opened the chocolate boxes themselves but they cannot be melted. They were well packaged and I am proud to give them as a gift!

I do not buy high quality chocolate often. I think the last time was over a decade ago! Needless to say, this is a real treat for me. The chocolate is glossy and smooth and so, so good. I even like the white chocolate piece, and I am not a white chocolate fan, usually.It all depends on your taste, but for me, this was an excellent purchase. The packaging is nice, and it held up in ~70 degree weather with just slight melting. I would definitely purchase this again!

Wife loves them
I gave these to my wife last valentines day and she loves them. She later found out how much they cost and was shocked. But like I told her the amount you are willing to pay for her chocolate is a reflection of how you you love her. I see guys all the time day before valentines day picking out some cheap chocolate and a single wilted flower 🥀. To me that would be an insult so do her a favor and get her there. She will enjoy them.

Pretty Box But Response From Gift Recipient Disappointing
What a sweet box of sweets. Looked beautiful when they arrived at my home. However when I gifted them on Valentine’s Day the recipients both had several crushed or melted pieces in the box I gave them. . I was so sad to hear this. At first my friends did not want to say anything but in later conversation I found that some of the chocolate pieces were damaged. My guess is that this is either a shipping error or that the pretty gold boxes were too near something hot. Too bad. I was embarrassed but each friend understood. I understand how this can happen but oh..I am so confused. I purchase Godiva because of the consistent fine reputation. Shouldn’t these boxes receive special handling. Oh well…Godiva’s e commerce and shipping department needs some help.

Great Gift & Fresh!
I ordered this chocolate box as a gift for my mom’s birthday. We only tried a couple flavors so far but the chocolate was very fresh and overall arrived in good condition. The inside had a shrink wrap seal. For Godiva, you also couldn’t beat the price found here for a 19 pc box and free prime shipping. The product box and gold bow were slightly damaged during transport but I contacted Amazon support and they made things right. I would reccomend this product! Ofc I would advise against ordering it in warm temperatures as the chocolates would naturally melt but with the winter temperatures here there was absolutely no problem. None of the chocolate pieces themselves were damaged (as seen in reviews by other customers).

Too much dark chocolate
I like Godiva but this box had too many dark chocolates for me. Otherwise the quality is amazing, and the packaging is lovely. My order came in a box that was packed with a cooler and ice packs.I thought the price was decent considering it got here quickly, and was packed nicely- I would definitely get this again as a gift for a friend that likes dark chocolates.

A few were amazing, everything else was mediocre
It came in a big box with a frozen pack on the bottom (no insulator between floor of the box and the ice-pack). It was just cold-ish water by the time it was delivered. Did find 2 tiny ants inside crawling on the sealed box of chocolates, seems strange because I found them in the sealed shipping box within a sealed bag (must be a warehouse thing?)The chocolates were pretty good, some of them were outstanding. While were definitely disappointing! I especially liked the dark chocolate, those had a rich and powerful chocolate flavor (still sweet) that almost instantly fulfills any chocolate sweet tooth. A lot of the other chocolates were mediocre at best. The worst part: they cheaped out and gave 2 disks (woman riding horse) of thin solid chocolate, in addition to the other 50th anniversary solid chocolates (3 slots total). These solid chocolates have no craftsmanship or thought behind them, they’re just bland. A few other basic caramel varieties, and 1 or 2 that had an almost sweet-less cocoa center (not very satisfying). Also I didn’t really enjoy the white chocolate ones, maybe except for oneOverall, I’d go with another box, maybe the dark chocolates or truffles. I wish I could build my own box on their website.

Impressive packaging!
First off, because of other reviews, I ordered from Amazon directly and not some unknown. The packaging was awesome. The chocolates were wrapped in an insulated bag with a big freezer pack. The freezer pack had a Godiva logo printed on it, making me think it came directly from Godiva. I live in Arizona and it was 89 degrees today and the chocolates were still cold. The chocolates were sealed and looked nice and fresh. They were very delicious! A nice splurge in some hard times.

Purchased this for my Sister and Brother in Law’s 22nd anniversary. She said that it was the best box of chocolates she has ever recieved. She even shared it with me once I went to visit. Comes with a guide. One of the chocolates on the guide wasn’t there, that’s the only bummer but all the rest was there and every time someone ate it, I heard good praises.The Orange cream one is delicious! 🤤Money well spent!
